Well Heidi, what a fabulous note to get – thank you!!! Best I've seen is 15-20%, often with restrictions or caveats or the $10 off Regal gallons they had last spring. You might find that you like Agreeable Gray MORE in some rooms and less than others.
Now, that doesn’t mean that Sherwin Moore paints aren’t good, because they definitely are. Can you suggest a lighter color than Revere pewter (which I love)? Hi Jenny!
It's night time here so I can't really get a good photo but we love the color. if that’s not enough of a contrast, should I paint the wall a white and then do the oyster bay cabinets? I did the same thing, expecting to love sea salt in my bathroom and ended up with rainwashed. Thank you for asking! I've had varied experiences with it until I found one BM store that excelled in matching colors. And yellow is also the strongest colour, so I might prime. Sherwin Williams Alabaster vs Benjamin Moore White Dove. Both Benjamin Moore and Sherwin Williams paints are excellent when it comes to performance. I move in Nov. They informed us that it would take them several hours and so on and so forth about matching by eye. Note that the formula faded a bit, Blue is 4.25, not .25. I try to give as much helpful free info as I can on my blog and if that doesn’t help, it might be time for a closer look, otherwise, I’m totally just guessing as to what your room REALLY looks like.
In times past when I was trying to choose one from a selection of similar colors, I cut up the color chips and put them on the table and slid them around like scrabble tiles. SW seems to always be having a sale and BM is not less expensive! Like mentioned above, having to apply a second or third coat is time consuming and also expensive. Basically, it really comes down to personal preference.

There's a product called Gripcote Ultra that you paint to the underside of the rug and let dry. Sometimes I like it. I (like everyone else) saw Sea Salt on Pinterest and fell in love.
I love Sea Salt and recommend it often.

It comes in low luster as well as eggshell! By either doing a simple Google search or going to the website for these two companies, you can find the locations for these stores and authorized dealers in your geographical area.

They are entirely different. By doing this, you’ll have a much easier time choosing the right kind of paint for your specific needs. Gorgeous color, it will remain up long after we’ve painted over the Revere Pewter living room and Stonington Gray kitchen.

It looks completely gray in the living space with a hint of the blue and just dreary in general. Thank you sooo much! In a well-lit room with a few different exposures (common in open concepts), Sea Salt will likely vary itself on a wall-to-wall basis throughout the day. I hope the colors are less mint and more warm green blue and grey.
